For the past 23 years, the organization has been consistently working towards the upliftment of the poor and economically disadvantaged communities across Uttar Pradesh. Through a wide range of welfare programs, the organization has made significant contributions in the fields of health, Home, women empowerment, youth development, and social awareness.
With support from the Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department, the organization runs old age homes in Pratapgarh, Kanpur Dehat, and Jalaun rural areas. These homes accommodate 150 elderly men and women, providing food, clothing, medical care, and rehabilitation services.
Shelter homes have been established in Sultanpur and Kanpur Dehat to provide safe accommodation and basic amenities to vulnerable individuals. bh Tiwa A55 10

A rally was organized in Rasoolabad block of Kanpur to educate women about their rights and government welfare schemes. Street plays, hoardings, and advertisements were used to spread awareness.
Awareness camps were held in malasha (Kanpur) and Fatehganj (Bareilly) to educate the public about AIDS prevention and dispel myths. Free condoms were distributed, and a rally was conducted on World AIDS Day in collaboration with the Health Department.

Camps and cultural events were organized on Independence Day (15 August),Republic Day (26 January), Gandhi Jayanti (2 October), and Children's Day(14 November) to promote patriotism and national pride.
A 90-day free computer training course was conducted for youth from poor, backward, and minority communities in Bilhaur block of Kanpur Nagar. Beneficiaries: 50 students
Camps were held in Sarwan Kheda (Kanpur Nagar) and Rath (Hamirpur) to assist disabled individuals with medical checkups, pension applications, and awareness about government schemes.
Roadshows and driver training sessions were organized in Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, and Fatehpur with participation from medical experts and instructors.
The organization has been running de-addiction centers for the past three years, offering psychiatric, psychological, and vocational support to individuals battling substance abuse.
